Shopfittings Store delivers Australia-wide to all major cities and regional areas including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Darwin, and beyond. We ship from our Gold Coast, Sydney, and Melbourne warehouses.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes approximately 1-5 working days from the date payment is received. For large bulk consignments or remote locations, we will inform you of the expected delivery time by email before dispatch.

What payment methods do you accept?

Shopfittings Store accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Direct Bank Deposit, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Do you offer custom manufacturing services?

Yes, we can manufacture almost any type of shopfitting or display product to your specifications, from large branded counter displays to small metal hooks. Contact us via email at sales@shopfittingsstore.com.au to discuss your custom requirements.

How many products do you have in stock?

We currently warehouse over 4000 product lines at our Gold Coast, Sydney, and Melbourne locations, including slatwall panels, gondolas, gridmesh displays, pegboard systems, display hooks, garment racks, mannequins, shopping baskets, and more.

What industries do you serve?

We serve a wide range of industries including fashion retailers, grocery stores, real estate agencies, factory outlets, showrooms, pharmacies, sports stores, and any business requiring professional retail display solutions.

What is your return policy?

Notification of returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase date. All returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. Prior authorization is required before returning any products. Returns due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered items may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Do you have physical showrooms I can visit?

Yes, we have three physical locations with showrooms in Gold Coast (Molendinar), Melbourne (Tullamarine), and Sydney (Revesby). Our showrooms are open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Contact us before visiting to ensure we have the products you want to see in stock.

What are your opening hours?

All our locations are open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Do you ship bulky items like gondola shelving?

Yes, we ship bulky items Australia-wide. Deliveries by freight carriers (pallets, crates, or skids) are to a loading dock only. A forklift must be available to unload heavy or bulky products. Assistance is required for unloading items over 25kg.

Please note our warehouse will be closed for pickup and dispatch from 9th to 13th April 2020.

All orders received and paid before 10am 8th of April will be dispatched on the same day .

Orders placed after 10am 8th of April will be shipped or ready for pickup on/after 14th of April.

The website will remain fully functional over the break. You can place orders during this period as normal.
