Our plastic mannequin arrived within 2 days of ordering it. Packaged well and in good condition. We are getting her ready for our display and having lots of fun dressing her up in various costumes. We are very pleased with our purchase can’t fault the value or the service.

Very quick delivery, unfortunately I was only given 2hrs notice on a work day, after I had already started work.... but the delivery service was very flexible, and waited for me to arrive, in order to avoid a redelivery fee, so it worked out really well.
Great product (I bought the Noosa shelving), reasonably competitively priced, the only downside was the shelving is not predrilled, or at least marked for assembly using screws and parts included, otherwise, it's exactly as shown and described on the website, easy to assemble, very sturdy, has so many different options for display/use, and it looks great.
Plus, it's an Aussie owned and run store, and the quality is so much better than the other cheaper options.
Highly recommended, and I'll definitely order more from them.

Slat wall wasn’t my choice - it came with the lease but the accessories made available in this store have transformed the space into something soft and usable. Having additional information and additional pictures included on each listing is a big dog move and the pricing is very reasonable. My advice would be to do a trade price MOQ, retail price at about 30% above what you have for piecemeal orders. I will order again - thankyou!

I've been buying shelving and accessories from Shopfitting Store since opening my shop, and my experience has been great throughout. Their pre-sales and after-sales service have both been excellent, and orders are always dispatched quickly.
A few days ago, some friends who are also opening stores visited my shop and commented on how good the quality of my shelving was, which made me really happy. I feel their pricing is very fair — I didn’t have to spend a huge amount to get products with excellent quality.

One small problem with delivery - was scheduled for Friday, I saw the truck arrive and leave without dropping anything off (there was plenty of staff on site to take delivery). The item was only redelivered after I contacted the delivery service.
Other than that, perfect! I understand delivery is out of your control, just thought you should know so that you can keep an eye on things. You products are awesome and I will definitely purchase again.

Commercial Heavy Duty Salesman Clothes Rack - This is my repeat purchase as these racks are good quality, sturdy and able to handle heavy load with easy. Being pre-assembled is extremely helpful, the online order is easy and deliver was fast. The only disappointment is that The Shop Fitting Store never offers a free delivery.

When they say this is a heavy duty clothing rack - believe them. It is very sturdy and made of heavy grade steel. I have it in an outside laundry to hang excess clothing on. I guess time will tell if it rusts or not but today being only one week old it looks very nice and shiny. The big wheels are fantastic and make the rack easily to move around. The extra little bit of length of the top rail is also very handy because we have a lot of clothes. It is also variable in height which is good to cater for longer items. Very happy so far with this rack.
