Because custom products are uniquely made-to-order, they are generally final sale and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the agreed-upon specifications.
Once produced, they cannot be restocked or resold.
1. Change of Mind Returns.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the custom item. Please review your order carefully before placing.
2. Damages or Manufacturing Errors
If your custom product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund it. Action Required: You must report the issue within 24 hours after delivery or pick up and provide clear photos of the defect.
3. Order Cancellations
Production on custom items usually begins immediately. If you need to cancel, you must contact our team right away. Cancellations are only permitted if your item has not yet entered the production or customization phase
