One small problem with delivery - was scheduled for Friday, I saw the truck arrive and leave without dropping anything off (there was plenty of staff on site to take delivery). The item was only redelivered after I contacted the delivery service. Other than that, perfect! I understand delivery is out of your control, just thought you should know so that you can keep an eye on things. You products are awesome and I will definitely purchase again.

Happy with the MINI commercial clothes rack I have one I got a year ago and very sturdy and takes up to 90Kg if not more. Unfortunately like last time there were no instructions which is fine considering it’s very self explanatory and easy to put together but the bottom is never easy to put together, from memory you make it top to bottom but it was extremely hard to make the bottom line up with the knobs that it clocks into. I’ve ended up assembling it but the knobs don’t lock in through the holes on the poles correctly. Do not build this item bottom to top, build it top to bottom. Other than that I am happy with the item but those things are frustrating and took a while to get it to all line up, if you ensemble it and it doesn’t match up or fit the other poles you need to start again.

Very happy with the item. However; the delivery company left the item out the front of our business address in full sight of the public. This was not a "safe location". We are a community centre so there are lots of people around who would be only too happy to take things off our hands. It was lucky I found it before it was stolen. The box was ripped badly and parts fell out as soon as I moved it. No instructions in the box but thankfully all parts were accounted for. Aramex should be notified to take notice of signage that says not to leave packages unattended. There is no safe location to leave things in such a public space.

Items arrived by projected delivery date (one day early); all items received without damage, but the Combi Kiosk Counter had a couple of holes missing where it was crucial to connect the panels. Pilot holes in the drawer were also missing, but a quick fix. Instructions on how to assemble the cabinet were dicey. Apparently putting it together in four steps actually takes about 30. The customer service team helped with arranging moving the goods from Melbourne to Victoria. The website had a reasonable range of products and prices. I would recommend this business, as they were by far the easiest to deal with, had great pricing and handled the shipping with professionalism.
