When building your Noosa Freestanding Display, a Starter Bay includes two vertical upright posts to create an independent, standalone unit. An Add-On Bay includes only one vertical post, designed to link directly onto an existing Starter Bay to extend your shelving run continuously. You require a starter bay for each additional row of shelves.

Our Noosa VISION products (Visions 1 through 8) are pre-designed, ready-to-order shelving and racking configurations. Instead of buying individual components, these packages combine our freestanding bays, timber shelves, crossbars, and storage cabinets into professionally styled layouts. They are completely adaptable and can be easily reconfigured as your retail or home storage needs evolve. 

The MART Shelving System is our heavy-duty, commercial alternative. It features robust steel frames and a 50x50mm steel wire mesh backing for added stability and product security. Like the standard Noosa line, the MART system utilizes a 40mm pitch slotted upright, allowing you to seamlessly integrate standard 40mm pitch shelving and crossbar accessories.

• For Heavy-Duty Everyday Use: Our Salesman, straight an Z Racks are the ultimate commercial-grade workhorses. Both are exceptionally heavy-duty and feature a massive 150kg weight capacity, making them perfect for densely packed heavy garments like winter coats or bridal wear.
• For Stylistic Boutiques: If you want your fixtures to make a statement, our Mario, Triangle, Slim, and Tipi racks are the perfect choice. They offer a sleek, modern aesthetic that elevates the look of any boutique while keeping the focus on your merchandise.
• For Commercial Warehouses & Backrooms: Z-Racks are the optimal choice for high-volume commercial use. Alongside their incredible heavy-duty weight capacity, their unique Z-shaped base allows them to easily nest and stack into one another, saving you valuable floor space when not in use.
• For Travel and Pop-Ups: If portability is your main priority, the RCS Mini and full size Salesman Racks are the way to go. They offer excellent durability in a compact footprint, making them ideal for market stallholders, traveling sales representatives, or temporary promotional setups. Packing and setup is easy, as they come pre-assembled and have a 2 step process to open up and set up.

Most of our retail clothing racks are designed to be incredibly user-friendly so that anyone can set them up in minutes. Here is what you need to know about assembling our different displays:

• Standard & Boutique Racks: Our standard ranges feature a completely tool-less installation process, utilizing simple push-button or interlocking mechanisms. For step-by-step guidance, detailed assembly manuals and video instructions can be found directly on our website.
• Commercial Salesman Racks: These heavy-duty racks arrive in two main pieces for easy transport. During setup, you may find it requires a fair amount of force to pull the two upright bars outward. This tension is an intentional design feature—it ensures that once the top horizontal bar is slotted in, the entire frame locks securely together without swaying under heavy commercial loads.
• Extra Salesman Rack Fittings: You will find a small bag of extra fittings included with your Salesman Rack. Please note that these specific components are only necessary if you are attaching an optional bottom basket. If you are using the rack on its own, you can simply set these extra fittings aside.

To maximize your merchandising space and tailor your displays to your specific inventory, we offer several professional accessories designed seamlessly for our commercial heavy-duty racks:

• Height Extensions: Specifically designed for our Salesman Racks, these extensions easily slot into the uprights to increase the overall rack height by up to 350mm. This is an essential add-on if you are displaying long garments such as maxi dresses, bridal gowns, or overcoats.

• Additional Hangrails: Instantly double the capacity of your Salesman or Straight Racks or Z racks by adding a second horizontal hangrail. This allows you to display a top and bottom tier of shorter garments (like shirts and skirts) without taking up any extra floor space.

• Wire Storage Baskets: Maximize your cross-merchandising potential with our heavy-duty wire baskets. These are designed to securely mount to the base or top of your Salesman and Double Heavy-Duty racks, making them perfect for Storage and Folded items.

• Size Dividers: Keep your floor perfectly organized and shopper-friendly. Our sizing rings are designed to fit smoothly onto the round and square tubing of all our Straight, Z-Racks, and Salesman displays.

• Locking Castors: While commercial-grade locking castors are already included as a standard feature on our Authentic Salesman, Z-Racks, and Heavy-Duty Straight Racks, we always recommend utilizing them to easily adapt your floor plan or safely roll dense inventory from the stockroom.

• Straight Rack Connectors: Create continuous, seamless runs of merchandise by linking consecutive straight racks together our joining hangrails  This provides a highly cost-effective and stable solution for outfitting large retail showrooms or warehouse floors with long rows of connected displays and allows you to cut the number of total racks needed by 1/3.
