Shopfittings Store delivers Australia-wide to all major cities and regional areas including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Darwin, and beyond. We ship from our Gold Coast, Sydney, and Melbourne warehouses.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes approximately 1-5 working days from the date payment is received. For large bulk consignments or remote locations, we will inform you of the expected delivery time by email before dispatch.

We currently warehouse over 4000 product lines at our Gold Coast, Sydney, and Melbourne locations, including slatwall panels, gondolas, gridmesh displays, pegboard systems, display hooks, garment racks, mannequins, shopping baskets, and more.

What is your return policy?

Notification of returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase date. All returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. Prior authorization is required before returning any products. Returns due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered items may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Do you have physical showrooms I can visit?

Yes, we have three physical locations with showrooms in Gold Coast (Molendinar), Melbourne (Tullamarine), and Sydney (Revesby). Our showrooms are open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Contact us before visiting to ensure we have the products you want to see in stock.

What are your opening hours?

All our locations are open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Do you ship bulky items like gondola shelving?

Yes, we ship bulky items Australia-wide. Deliveries by freight carriers (pallets, crates, or skids) are to a loading dock only. A forklift must be available to unload heavy or bulky products. Assistance is required for unloading items over 25kg.

Starter Bay is the first bay in row. Starter bay is a stand along bay and has 2 upright frames on the sides. Starter bay also comes with 2 cross tiers for bay stability.

Add-on bay has only one upright frame and should be attached to anothe bay. Add-on Bay could be withour cross tiers or with tiers for extra stability.

Please note: Every second bay should have cross tiers for extra stability.
